Guest access Guest have full access the front of the building including parking area. Inside of the unit Guests have access to all cabinets and drawers with exception of 2 locked cabinets (these are for our cleaning crew so ensure additional supplies are on hand). Please do not use the locked cabinets. The grass yard in the back is not part of this rental. This belongs to another property please do not use this area. Other things to note For guest safety we have RING Video doorbell on the property. the king mattress is a new SERTA PERFECT SLEEP mattress. it is extremely comfy!

The bedroom has a king size bed with farmhouse end tables and smart outlets with integrated USB 3.0 chargers. The living room has a comfortable leather couch located directly in front of a large 55 inch UHD OLED TV, the dining and kitchen area has plenty of room to enjoy cooking and entertainment. The laundry room has a brand new LG washtower for your convenience. The Bathroom has a vanity with sink and a custom tile shower with glass door.
